We take the time to inspect every order before shipment to make sure it meets our high standards of quality. Whether you're receiving a print, a canvas, or a custom frame, you can trust that your order will be packed with the utmost care, so it arrives safely and ready to display.
what are the shipping options?
We partner with the best vendor for the items you're ordering, how fast you need them, and your location. All rush items are shipped via FedEx. Should they not be an option for your location, get in touch before ordering and we are glad to help!
Can you ship to other countries?
Using our online system, orders are available for only US + APO/FPO addresses. Shipment to other countries is possible and we're glad to assist. Simply click 'Say Hey' in the top right corner.
how long do items to take to deliver?
Our goal is to deliver a stellar product and production time on each item is different, depending on what you're ordering. At checkout, next to each shipping option, is a list of days and these are post-production, so on top of the time required to create your art.
Will my order come all in one box?
Items are shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately. If you have multiple items on your order, they may ship in different boxes on separate days. You will receive an email letting you know which items have shipped, as well as your tracking number for each item.
can I get my items faster than what's listed?
Expedited shipping is available for each order at checkout. Should you need an order rushed, contact us and we are glad to do all we can to take care of you.
what if an item arrives damaged?
We guarantee every item for 365 calendar days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
